NEW Rio Rancho Library Is Open, Dec 2006 Loma Colorado Main Library opened its doors on Monday, December 4, 2006. The new library is located at 755 Loma Colorado Drive, between Rio Rancho High and the Blades ice skating arena. The views from the library are breathtaking to say the least.
